Reduce the friction resistance of the yarn with the machine,effectively
reduce the friction between fiber and fiber,and there will be no yarn slip phenomenon.
Endues treated yarn with fewer yarns fly in high-speed knitting(including round
machine and horizontal machine) and weaving,and with no yarn breaking.Can
provide effective friction protection for yarn.
Does not affect the handfeel,with antistatic performance.
Can significantly increase the sewability of knitted fabric,can avoid
the formation of needle eyes.
Will not affect the dyeing fastness.
The product have high shear resistance,and is stable to acid,alkali and salt.
The absorption rate is up to nearly 100%,has no affect on sewage treatment.

Application Process
ML-1006 is the wax emulsion used for wet waxing of yarns,can completely
replace solid paraffin treatment.The waxing is done in a water bath
after bleaching or dyeing.The waxing of polyacrylonitrile yarn can be
done in adyeing bath.
1、Wet waxing is done in a water bath after dyeing:
a)cotton,or the blended yarn of cellulose fiber with synthetic
fiber,wool etc.:
dosage: 1-3% o.w.f
b)polyester,polyacrylonitrile,wool,nylon/wool,polyester/wool and other
yarns:
dosage: 1-3% o.w.f
Wroking method:
→add water,ML-1006 directly into the feed tank.
→ adjust pH value of the finishing liquid to about 6.
→ run for 10 minutes without heating,cyclic the liquid,and
keep the static pressure(3-4bar).
→ heat up to 40-50℃(2℃/minute),retain its heat for 10
minutes.
→ fluid discharge,and dehydration.
→ drying.
2、Waxing,soft finishing in one-bath
Done in a water bath after dyeing:
dosage 1-3% ML-1006
1-3% softner（cation,nonionic）
Wroking method:
→add water,softner,ML-1006 directly into the feed tank.
→ adjust pH value of the finishing liquid to about 6.
→ run for 10 minutes without heating,cyclic the liquid,and
keep the static pressure(3-4bar).
→ heat up to 40-50℃(2℃/minute),retain its heat for 10
minutes.
→ fluid discharge,and dehydration.
→ drying.
3、In a cationic dye dyeing bath(such as polyacrylonitrile fiber
dyeing),waxing and dyeing in one-bath:
dosage: 1-3% ML-1006
1-3% dispersant WA
Add to the dyeing bath,and the dyeing is carried out as usual.
4、To dye cotton yarn with reactive dye or direct dye ,wet waxing and dye
fixing with cationic fixing agent in one-bath:
Suggest a one-bath two-step method:
①Add lubricant ML-1006 to the bath solution,waxing first.
②When ML-1006 is sucked out,add the fixing agent and treat for
another 10 minutes.
Washing
Wash at 60-80℃ for 20-30 minutes by 1-2g/L detergent ML-105,heat
discharge,then rinse in water.
Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
